Is it possible to deliver a crane in custom colour design? |
Yes, we can supply cranes in custom colours. The only requirement is that the girder must have a clearly distinguishable colour from the track for safety reasons.

Yes, the quotation is free of charge.

Do you offer financing options for cranes? |
Yes, we offer financing through Tatra Leasing, which will cover your investment needs for technological equipment and machinery.

Do you also offer reconstruction and modernization of older cranes? |
Yes, partial or complete reconstruction is part of our services. We will assess the condition of your crane and advise whether reconstruction is worthwhile or if it would be better to invest in a new crane.

Do you provide service for cranes not supplied by your company? |
Besides our own cranes, we also service cranes and components from other manufacturers. Thanks to our experience and cooperation with spare parts suppliers, we can service brands like Stahl, ABUS, Liftket, DEMAG and others.

Do you offer a maintenance contract? |
Yes, we offer a maintenance contract, under which we will handle maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections of your lifting equipment.

What is the recommended crane maintenance schedule? |
We recommend an inspection according to Decree 508/2009 Coll. every 1 to 2 years. Maintenance and checks should be done according to the user manual we provide with the crane. Additionally, we offer annual technical inspections.

Do you provide documentation and testing when commissioning the crane? |
Yes, our cranes are delivered turnkey. We prepare the technical documentation and perform the crane tests after installation.
|
Do you provide training for operators on how to properly use your cranes? |
Yes, after delivery we provide operator training, during which we explain all functions of the crane, demonstrate its proper use, and clarify safety regulations.
